Deepy Sur, CEO of the Ontario College of Family Physicians, brings extensive expertise in healthcare leadership, member facing organizations and strategic planning. She has led initiatives to build provincial education programs, collaborate with government, and drive innovation in health system design. With a background in social work (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD), Deepy is the previous CEO at the Ontario Association of Social Workers, and has held leadership roles at regional government levels, medical education and Trillium Health Partners.
